Turnkey contract with “no additional costs”: includes all architect and technical fees, health & safety, retaining walls, utility connections, studies, technical control, decennial insurance and first occupation licence.
Payment structure: 50,000 € reservation (deducted later), 10% at contract signing, staged payments based on certified construction progress, 5% retention released after final inspection.
Completion time: approx. 14–16 months.
